Super-Vision is the act of seeing the valley…It is a place to figure out the hard places

(Nancy Kline)

EMCC Global’s definition of supervision is: A safe space for reflective dialogue with a practising supervisor, supporting the supervisee’s practice, development and well-being.

The purpose of supervision is to facilitate the development of your professional practice and ensure that you maintain appropriate professional standards, whilst also providing support for your wellbeing as a practitioner.

Ceri utilises her coaching psychology to supervise other practitioners, employing various approaches. Ceri finds that the Appreciative Inquiry and Thinking Environment approaches work particularly well during supervision sessions. Highly flexible, Ceri adapts her supervision methods to suit the individual preferences and requirements of the supervisee.
